Depending on how you use ALLU, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, delivery notes, order details, selected payment method, payment proof, order-support messages, and information you submit through our Contact or A-List forms.

Our site also uses limited browser storage to keep functions such as your bag, checkout progress, and recent order session working correctly.

Find Your ALLU

The current Find Your ALLU experience processes your quiz selections, including health-screen answers, in your browser for the purpose of showing the appropriate on-page result. Those answers are not submitted to ALLU, saved to WordPress, or stored in browser local or session storage by the current quiz implementation. If this functionality changes, this Privacy Policy should be updated before the change is released.

How we use information

We use personal information to process and verify orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide order and tracking updates, respond to support requests, maintain site security and reliability, administer promotions, and send marketing or A-List communications when you have chosen to receive them.

Payment proofs

Payment proofs may contain personal or financial information. ALLU restricts access to payment proofs to authorized administrative users and stores new payment proofs through protected, encrypted storage rather than as ordinary public Media Library files.

Who we may share information with

We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver email, process or verify payments, provide hosting and security, or fulfill and deliver orders. Delivery details may be shared with the selected courier or delivery partner. We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain order and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record.
