These Terms & Conditions govern your use of meetallu.com and purchases made through ALLU. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any policies referenced here.
About ALLU
ALLU provides product discovery, educational information, ordering, payment-verification, and order-support services through this website.
Product and health information
Website content is for general product information and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or dosing guidance and does not determine whether a product is appropriate for you. Questions about your health, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, treatment, suitability, or use of a product should be discussed with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Orders
Submitting an order creates an order request using the information shown at checkout. An order may be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or fulfilling the order would not be permitted by applicable law.
Prices and promotions
Prices, promotions, and availability may change. The price and eligible promotion shown in the final checkout review control for that order, subject to correction of clear technical or pricing errors. Promo codes may have expiry dates, product restrictions, usage conditions, or other stated limitations.
Payment verification
ALLU currently uses a manual payment-verification process. Uploading payment proof does not automatically verify payment. An order moves to payment verified only after ALLU reviews and confirms the payment.
Delivery
Delivery options, fees, and timing are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the delivery option shown during checkout. Courier estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, ALLU branding, site design, original text, graphics, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to ALLU and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially reused without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, submit false or fraudulent order information, access another customer’s order, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but temporary errors, outages, delays, or third-party service interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, ALLU is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party systems or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
